These are the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the agreement that operates between you (referred to as “Terms” from now on) and us. Before you click on the “Place Order" button at the end of the ordering process, please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Statement. By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and the Privacy Statement, do not place an order.
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the website, and an individual customer – not a reseller.

The items we offer on this website are available for shipping worldwide. There are some exceptions due to local regulations, such as Russia.

The prices displayed on xbykygo.com include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.
While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You have the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as a cancellation. If you have already paid for the product(s), you will receive a full refund.
We reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or unusually big purchases and to change price and availability information without notice.
Our standard delivery fee is 10 USD/€/£ or 75 NOK/SEK/DKK.
Shipping is free on orders over 150 USD/€/£ or 1000 NOK/SEK/DKK. No other costs and taxes will apply.
xbykygo.com endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within three to seven working days following confirmation of an order. Though we strive to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In case of an unlikely event, the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.
Please remember that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email or message confirmation with your expected delivery details.
You can track your package at dhl.com using the tracking number in the confirmation mail.
If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact DHL directly or our Customer Service via email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
6. Payment methods
Payment methods depend on your region. We accept credit cards worldwide via Stripe and PayPal, and additional payment methods like Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Vipps in specific areas.
7. Withdrawal order
If you wish to cancel or return your order, send an email to email@example.com with your order number. You may cancel or return your order from the date it is placed until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund, including delivery costs. Should you choose to keep certain products and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.
We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment as soon as possible within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation or evidence of you having sent back the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change.
If the item you have received is defective, please notify X by Kygo AS promptly and return the item following section 8 (Returns) below.
X by Kygo AS guarantees a full refund of the returned items following section 7 (Withdrawal of Order); provided that all products are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the article on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.
You should be aware that you are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. This means including all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings when returning the product(s) and returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. Failure to exercise such reasonable care may be depending on the circumstances, give rise to a right of action against you for breach of statutory duty.
The exchange is limited to exchange for the same product, of a different size or colour.
In circumstances where you consider that the product does not conform to the Contract at the time of delivery, you should promptly contact us via email with details of the product and its damage.
Upon receipt of the product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day, we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
Defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur when returning the item. We will always refund any money using the method used to make payment.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept the return of earphones/earbuds if the packaging of there has been opened.
9. Ownership of rights
All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at xbykygo.com remain with X by Kygo AS and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of xbykygo.com or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of X by Kygo AS.
