1. General

These are the terms and conditions governing the use of this website and the agreement that operates between us and you (referred to as “Terms” from now on). Before you click on the “Place Order" button at the end of the ordering process, please carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Statement. By using this website or placing an order through it, you are consenting to be bound by them. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and the Privacy Statement, do not place an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on the website, and an individual customer – not a reseller.


2. Service availability

The items we offer on this website are only available in the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States.

4. Prices

The prices displayed on include the statutory Value Added Tax but do not include a delivery charge.

While we take care to ensure that all prices quoted on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any product(s) you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. You have the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be treated as a cancellation and if you have already paid for the product(s) you will receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to decline orders for bulk or high value purchases and to change price and availability information without notice.

Our standard delivery fee is 75 NOK. Shipping is free on orders over 1000 NOK, in United States and Canada, the shipping is free for orders over 150 USD. Orders under that amount will have a shipping fee of 10 USD. No other costs and taxes will apply.


5. Delivery endeavours to dispatch orders in the fastest possible time and in the order in which they are placed. We aim to deliver within 2 to 4 working days following confirmation of an order, unless otherwise agreed. Though we aim to deliver within the communicated time frame, delivery may take longer due to unexpected events. In the unlikely event the delivery time exceeds 30 days, you may cancel your order.

Please remember that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays 

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation with your expected delivery details.

You can track you package at using the tracking number in the confirmation mail.

Please note that some international customers might be subject to customs or import taxes when ordering from X by Kygo AS. Please check with your country’s customs office for their rules and regulations.

6. Payment methods

You can pay for your goods in various ways as set out below.


7. Withdrawal order

You may cancel or return your order from the date you place the order until 14 days after receipt of the ordered items. If you have been charged for the items, you will receive a refund, which will include X by Kygo’s standard delivery costs. Should you choose to keep certain items and only partially cancel your order, the delivery cost will not be refunded.

If you wish to cancel or return your order, please provide us with notice in writing either by post, preferably by using the pre-printed return form in your parcel, or by sending a letter to X by Kygo Customer Service, PO Box Sjølyst plass 3, 0278 Oslo, Norway; or via an email to; or by filling in and submitting the standard form issued by your local Consumer Rights Authority; and return the item(s) to us as set out in section 8 (Returns) below within the 14 day period. We will provide a refund attempting to use the same method used to make the payment (or, if the items have not yet been paid for, reflect the return of the items in your account balance) as soon as possible and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notice of cancellation, provided we have received the items or evidence of you having sent back the items. Another payment method may be used for the refund, provided that you consent to such change; in any case this will not generate any additional charges.

If the item you have received is defective, please notify X by Kygo AS promptly and return the item in accordance with section 8 (Returns) below.


8. Returns

X by Kygo AS guarantees a full refund of the returned items in accordance with section 7 (Withdrawal of Order); provided that all items are returned in the same condition they were in upon your receipt. This means the items should not have been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) and that any labels or tags should be intact.

You should be aware that you are under an obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) whilst they are in your possession. This means including all of the product(s) instructions, documents and wrappings when returning the product(s) and returning the product(s) in the same condition as received. Failure to exercise such reasonable care may, depending on the circumstances, give rise to a right of action against you for breach of statutory duty.

Exchange is limited to exchange for the same product, of a different size or colour.

In circumstances where you consider that the product does not conform to the Contract at the time of delivery, you should promptly contact us via our web form with details of the product and its damage. Alternatively you can contact us by telephone on +47 450 24 450 to receive instructions.

Upon receipt of the product, we will fully examine it and notify you of your right to a replacement or refund (if any) via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We aim to process the refund or replacement as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

Defective products will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur when returning the item. We will always refund any money using the method used to make payment.

 Due to health and hygiene reasons, you cannot return in-ear models if the packaging has been opened.

9. Ownership of rights

All intellectual property rights, such as trademarks and copyrights at remain with X by Kygo AS and its subsidiaries or licensors. Any use of or its contents, including copying or storing such content in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use, is prohibited without the permission of X by Kygo AS.
